This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made on this venue's booking platform. Specific timings (such as the cancellation window) are configured by the venue and shown in your booking confirmation; defaults are summarized below.
Confirmed bookings are non-refundable in the normal course unless the venue's configured cancellation window allows otherwise. If you can no longer use your slot, contact the venue directly — in some cases the venue may be able to reschedule you, but this is at their sole discretion.
Online payment processors (such as GCash, Maya, and QR Ph providers) charge a non-refundable convenience fee. This fee is shown to you at checkout and is excluded from any refund.
If the venue cancels your booking (e.g. for weather, maintenance, or operational reasons), you will receive a full refund including any convenience fees paid. Where possible, the venue will offer to reschedule you instead.
If you do not arrive within the venue's grace period, the slot may be released. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
