Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made on this venue's booking platform. Specific timings (such as the cancellation window) are configured by the venue and shown in your booking confirmation; defaults are summarized below.

1. Payment Window

• Online payment must be completed within 10 minutes of starting checkout.
• If payment is not completed in time, the reservation is automatically released so that other players can book the slot.
• Late payments that arrive after the reservation has been released are automatically refunded to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable in the normal course unless the venue's configured cancellation window allows otherwise. If you can no longer use your slot, contact the venue directly — in some cases the venue may be able to reschedule you, but this is at their sole discretion.

3. Convenience & Processing Fees

Online payment processors (such as GCash, Maya, and QR Ph providers) charge a non-refundable convenience fee. This fee is shown to you at checkout and is excluded from any refund.

4. Cancellation by the Venue

If the venue cancels your booking (e.g. for weather, maintenance, or operational reasons), you will receive a full refund including any convenience fees paid. Where possible, the venue will offer to reschedule you instead.

5. No-Shows

If you do not arrive within the venue's grace period, the slot may be released. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
• E-wallet refunds (GCash, Maya) typically settle within 1–3 business days.
• Bank-funded refunds (cards, QR Ph) may take 5–14 business days depending on your issuing bank.

7. Disputes & Contact

If you believe a refund has not been handled correctly, please contact the venue first so they can investigate. The venue contact details are published on the homepage and footer.
